Job Summary:
The Assistant Recruiting and Operations Coordinator is responsible for support in all aspects of football recruiting and team operations.
Job-Specific Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
- Provides executive-level administrative support to the Head Football coach, Football Operations Director, and 9 Assistant Football coaches.
- Provides support for Recruiting Coordinator and Director of Football Operations in regard to official visit weekends
- Helps execute all candidate campus visits including itineraries, campus tours, photoshoots and coach meetings.
- Schedule head coach recruiting travel.
- Manages recruiting databases including academic and athletic profile updates.
- Executes priority candidate communication from coaching staff.
- Assists Director of Football Operations with team travel and practice logistics.
- Serves as senior administrative contact and liaison for internal and external program constituents.
- Prepares game plans, playbooks, and practice schedules.
- Coordinates the execution of filming practice and inputting into video system.
- Supervise student workers.
Working Conditions:
- Some evening and weekend work may be required.

Basic Qualifications:
- Three or more years of related experience. Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
Additional Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Suite.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks with shifting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Standard Hours/Schedule: 35 hours per week
